About me

A brief overview.

Australian born.  My journey into the world of IT began in the Australia Army Corp. of Signals as an Operator bear systems (Cabling guy) in 2005. The role involved a great deal underground and aerial cabling, digging trench, climbing towers, pulling and terminating communication cabling ( fibre, Ethernet, Coaxial) installing ,maintaining PABX’s and Satellite trunking systems.

In 2008 I transferred to a Telecommunications Technician, the role allowed me to further develop my RF and Networking skills.

In 2012 after 7.5 years, 3 deployments to Afghanistan , and various other locations I discharged and become a civilian.

Since leaving the Army I have been working for a global mining company as a Wireless Network Engineer which I am still with today.
